Overview

JHNA is looking for a Program Integrator to support the US Army’s Aviation Applied Technology Division (AATD) located at Ft. Eustis, VA.   AATD develops critical technologies and products to modernize, maintain and sustain Army Aviation.  

Responsibilities

  • Provide recommendations and decision support throughout the planning, coordination, acquisition, test and transition phases for various Science &Technology (S&T) programs.
  • Provide day-to-day support in managing ongoing program operations, and tracking and reporting program execution status.
  • Assist with coordination, meetings and exchange of technical information with sister agencies, customers, contractors and other external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Government with analysis, development and management of requirements for individual S&T programs.
  • Assist the Government with market research and analysis of state-of-the-art and emerging technology trends. Maintain cognizance of aviation capability gaps.
  • Assist with generation and maintenance of technology development roadmaps to address gaps.
  • Duties include development of technology development strategies and roadmaps, schedules, budget plans, acquisition strategies to assist the Government team to accomplish program objectives and technical requirements.
  • Duties involve integrating programmatic, contract, budget, engineering, test and evaluation, risk management, and generating analysis of alternatives to assist the Government in decision making.
  • Duties include providing and managing inputs, recommendations, and reviews, for acquisition plans, strategy plans, risk management plans, and briefing materials.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition planning and execution, specifically as applied to aviation research and development programs.
  • Experience in program support for aviation mission systems development.
  • Familiarity with Army aviation concepts of operations, aviation capability gaps, and the state of the current technology in aviation mission systems is highly desired.
  • Experience using Excel spreadsheets to track key performance aspects.
  • Sharepoint management experience
  • Document configuration experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

Required Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent aviation experience

Security Clearance:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
