    John H. Northrop & Associates, Inc. d/b/a JHNA seeks a talented, highly motivated individual to serve as a Program Analyst with our

    CASCOM client at Fort Lee in central Virginia. ** This position is contingent upon contract award **


    • Develops new methods for testing and evaluating the effectiveness of planning, programming, and budget actions/processes in support of major mission and operational plans.
    • Retrieves, verifies, and analyzes complex operational statistics to establish data quality and reliability of performance data.
    • Applies expertise, develops, interprets, and implements policies and procedures to provide strategic funding decisions based on the planning, programming, and budget guidance.
    • Formulates data for evaluating and reporting operations and maintenance data.
    • Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of collecting such data.
    • Develops issue papers on a variety of topics including but not limited to analysis on Operational, Maintenance, Scheduling, Planning and other related topics.
    • Utilizes sophisticated computer software, databases, and statistical programs, and modeling packages, to analyze and solve problems.




    • Must have the capability for planning, evaluation and/or data reduction/analysis
    • Must have the ability to plan, lead and execute complex analysis efforts.

    Required Education: 

    • Bachelor's Degree (Experience in data reduction, analysis, and mathematical techniques may be substituted for a degree with analytical and studies experience.)

    Preferred Education:

    • Master's Degree

    Required Security Clearance:

    • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Security Clearance.  US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance

    Preferred Security Clearance:

    • Active Secret Clearance
